Field Sales Representative — Aftermarket DPF & Emissions Products

Job Summary
Elite Emission Products is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth across Southwestern Ontario by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with fleet operators, commercial trucking companies, heavy-duty diesel repair shops and DPF Cleaning companies. In this role, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities and foster relationships for our aftermarket diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and emissions control products, present options that provide immediate benefits, and negotiating deals that benefit both our clients and our company. Your energetic approach, consistent value-added approach and strategic mindset will be vital in expanding EEP's market presence and delivering exceptional customer service to the diesel and heavy-duty trucking industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow a territory from the ground up, leveraging your skills in business development, account management, and technical sales in a specialized, relationship-driven market.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts across Southwestern Ontario territory, including fleet operators, independent truck shops, and diesel repair facilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product presentations EEP's DPF and emissions control product line, tailoring solutions to each client's fleet and application needs
- Educate customers on DPF regeneration, filtration performance, and the value of quality aftermarket parts versus OEM alternatives
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads within the territory
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for territory planning
- Provide ongoing account management support, addressing client inquiries on product fit, availability, and warranty, and resolving issues promptly to foster loyalty
- Represent EEP at regional trade shows, fleet events, and industry associations to build the company's presence in the Southwestern Ontario market
- Report regularly on territory performance, pipeline status, and competitive activity
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably within automotive, heavy-duty trucking, industrial parts, or diesel/emissions sectors
- Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding a client portfolio within a defined territory
- Familiarity with account management principles and techniques for maintaining long-term client relationships
- Experience using CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, particularly with diesel engines, emissions systems, or heavy-duty truck parts
- Working knowledge of DPFs and diesel emissions control systems is a strong asset (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the aftermarket parts industry
- Customer service orientation with a proactive, self-directed attitude toward problem-solving and client engagement
