EXISTING VACANCY - DUNDALK LOCATION
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Supervisor, will primarily be responsible for the assembly, packing and shipping of custom covers for fabric covered structures. At the Dundalk plant, customized Polyethylene covers are cut, sewn, and hot air welded to meet the needs of each unique project.
Labourers will work to keep work area and equipment clean and orderly and successful candidates must be energetic individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, cut, weld, sew, and alter large-scale fabric based on customer specifications.

Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Operate machinery and assist coworkers as needed.

Ensure proper care of equipment and supplies.

Communicate effectively and courteously with team members.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Reliability and punctuality are essential—consistent attendance is critical to team success.

Ability to read a tape measure (imperial units).
Experience with:

Hot Air Welding equipment (asset)

Industrial Sewing Machines (asset)

Forklifts (asset)
-
CAD drawings and blueprints (asset)

Strong time management and productivity in fast-paced environments.

Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, carrying, turning, and pulling.

Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions.
