Immediate Openings for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bonnyville to care for individuals in their homes.
- Flexible schedule - Must be available for every other weekend
- All shifts available, please indicate which shifts you are available to work.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Provide wound care
- Experience with hydraulic lift for patient transfers
- Transportation, medical escort, transfer, stand by assistance
- Assistance with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and feeding if needed
- Provide light housekeeping, friendly conversation, and companionship
Must be able to
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs, and walk, stand, and bend during scheduled shift
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be detail oriented
Requirements
- LPN Diploma in good standing with CLPNA
- CPR Certificate - Health Care Level C
- Police Clearance - Vulnerable Sector Search
- At least 2 professional references
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
