Don Mann Excavating is hiring Traffic Control People!
Come join our team of dedicated individuals ensuring the safety and efficiency of our roadways.
As a Traffic Control Person, you will manage traffic flow at construction sites and public events, setting up necessary signage and working closely with construction crews, members of the public, truck drivers, and other TCP’s.
As a Lane Closure Technician, you will implement our traffic plans, train TCPs, and ensure the safety of our sites for our crews, the public, drivers, and other TCPs.
Key Qualifications
· Valid BCCSA (or equivalent) Traffic Control ticket.
· 1+ year traffic control experience preferred. 2+ years experience required for LCT.
· Strong communication skills & fluent in English (read, write, speak).
Key Duties
· Directs and manages traffic safely.
· Completes daily paperwork.
· Sets up traffic control devices.
· Communicates effectively with the public, crews, and other TCPs.
· Monitors and adjusts traffic flow as needed.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
