Moxa Wellness is a new upscale wellness clinic open summer 2026 located in downtown Toronto. We are currently looking for compassionate, skilled, and experienced Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RMT with strong hands-on skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine passion for client care. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality massage therapy services in a calm, comfortable, and client-focused environment.
Duties
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, and relaxation massage
- Assess client concerns and discuss treatment goals before each session
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments when needed
- Keep accurate treatment records, client preferences, and progress notes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
- Stay updated on massage therapy techniques and industry best practices
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario
- Must be in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance required
- Strong hands-on massage skills and client care experience
- Experienced RMTs are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic massage, deep tissue, relaxation, and injury-related treatments is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends, is an asset

Pay: $84.00-$105.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 48.0 per week
