Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for a
temporary opportunity in
Saint John, NB. This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a warehouse environment, operating forklifts, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining an organized workspace.
In this position, you will assist with loading and unloading materials, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting general yard operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Maritime company with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break, flexible hours available)

Responsibilities

Help load and unload materials and products in the warehouse

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move inventory and materials

Prepare and assist with customer and internal orders

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
-
Assist with general yard cleanup and organization
-
Move, store, and organize products within the warehouse and yard areas
-
Support inventory handling and material movement activities
-
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
-
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily operational goals are met

Perform additional warehouse and labour-related duties as required
Qualifications
-
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
-
1-2 years of forklift operating experience
-
Previous warehouse experience required
-
Valid forklift certification is considered an asset
-
Construction industry knowledge or experience is considered an asset

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
