Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC brake press machinery to manufacture metal components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine production requirements.
- Verify measurements and dimensions to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns as needed.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet schedules and productivity targets.

Qualifications
- Experience operating brake press equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with fabricated metal products, steel processing, or related industries.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment accurately.
- Able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
