We are a growing company looking for a Lead Flooring Installer who possesses the technical expertise and leadership potential to drive high-quality projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of various flooring systems in diverse environments, including food plants, warehouses, showrooms, and factories.
- System Installations: Expert application of Epoxy, Urethane, Polyaspartic, and MMA systems.
- Surface Preparation: Executing professional concrete polishing and preparation.
- Technical Execution: Mastering all phases of the install, including:
- Squeegeeing, rolling, and raking
- Troweling and broadcasting
- Precision vacuuming and site cleanup
- Leadership: Managing job sites efficiently, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining high-quality results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in flooring installation and general construction (Required).
- Technical Expertise: You must be an expert in the tools of the trade (raking, troweling, polishing, etc.).
- Licensing: Must possess a valid G License.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required.
- Attributes: High level of reliability, strong attention to detail, and a leadership mindset.
