Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with RV service and parts.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with their questions, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Answer and direct calls.
- Maintain cleanliness within the store.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience with RV service and parts would be a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
