Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pizza Production team member to join our food manufacturing facility. This role involves preparing, assembling, and packaging high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food safety and sanitation, along with mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to ensure efficient production processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the food industry and contribute to delivering delicious products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza ingredients according to company standards, ensuring proper portioning and assembly.
- Operate packaging equipment efficiently to ensure product integrity during shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures during food processing and handling.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking ingredients and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork ethic and good communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols at all times during production processes.
