Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey by adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage group dynamics effectively, demonstrating leadership and excellent customer service to address questions and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain punctuality by managing time efficiently to keep tours on schedule while allowing ample time for sightseeing and breaks
- Coordinate with transportation staff and tour operators to facilitate smooth operations and logistical arrangements
Requirements
- Proven ability in public speaking with strong communication skills that captivate audiences of varied backgrounds
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse groups effectively (additional languages are a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing groups in dynamic environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters positive interactions
- Strong time management skills to ensure tours start on time and adhere to schedules without rushing participants
- Background in teaching or educational roles is preferred, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles such as buses is advantageous
