POSITION TITLE: Sub-Assembler
REPORTS TO: Production Manager
WORK SCHEDULE: Regular, Full-Time, Days

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Sub-Assembler ensures Allseating’s superior product by assembling the product components in accordance with design and quality standards and instruction.
Job Responsibilities:
The Sub-Assembler is responsible for the following:
- Following work instructions;
- Assembling the product as instructed (i.e.: mesh backs, frames, side chairs, stools, etc.)
- Re-working product as deemed necessary by customer and/or company;
- Maintaining a clean work environment;
- Adhering to all company and government legislated policies and procedures; and
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment;
- Must be able to lift up to 5-15 lbs;
- Must be comfortable and capable of using a pneumatic air-gun and tools;
- Must be able to stand for extended periods;
- Must be able to work with others;
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively; and
- Must possess a strong attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:
- Steel-toed shoes
- Safety glasses
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Manufacturing setting
- Day Shift (7:30am – 4:00pm) with occasional evenings and weekend overtime
