Position Overview
- Job Title: Bartender/Server - Mixed Day and evening shifts, however Mostly Evenings
- Employment Type: Part-Time 20-30 hrs. (Evening & Late-Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Mix classic and signature cocktails, pour wine and beer, and prepare non-alcoholic options accurately and swiftly.
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, offer menu recommendations, and maintain an engaging, positive atmosphere.
- Responsible Service: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitor consumption levels to safely manage intoxicated patrons.
- Cash & POS Handling: Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately using POS System.
- Bar Maintenance: Restock liquor, beer, ice & glassware. Execute opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Teamwork: Coordinate smoothly with floor servers, kitchen staff, and security/management to ensure a secure, clean environment. [1, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of bartending..
- Certifications: Valid Smartserve
- Skills: Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and craft cocktail preparation. Excellent multitasking and time-management under pressure.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-5 shifts per week, including Sundays.
