Logistics Clerk (1-Year Contract)
This position is based on site in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Candidates must be located in or able to relocate to the Weyburn area and have reliable transport to a rural site.

The Role
As a Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for controlling site access and managing delivery paperwork for a wind turbine project in Weyburn. You will work closely with carriers, crews, and the site team to ensure every delivery is documented and every person is accounted for.
Your attention to detail and reliable record-keeping will be crucial in maintaining accurate daily records and getting paperwork to PLS Cambridge head office on time.
What You'll Do
- Check carriers, crews and visitors in and out of site
- Collect proofs of delivery (POD) from carriers on arrival
- Scan and file PODs and supporting paperwork
- Send completed paperwork to PLS head office at the end of each day
- Keep accurate daily records of site and yard activity
- Support the site team with other duties as required
- Tasks to support Project Team as needed
What You Offer
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in logistics, dispatch, warehousing or site administration
- We are open to more junior candidates. We will ask for an additional assessment interview if that is the case.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Comfort with computers & technology [Example: scanning, email, filing, Microsoft Suite)
- Clear written and spoken English
- Valid driver's license and/or own transport on-site a must
Pay: $17.60-$24.71 per hour
