About Our Clinic
We are a well-established, patient-centred Chiropractic clinic located in the heart of Lakefield, Ontario. Our team is dedicated to helping our community achieve optimal health and wellness through collaborative, evidence-informed care. We are growing and looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role
As our new RMT, you will work alongside our Chiropractors to deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced therapist — or a new graduate eager to grow — in a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, The Vodder Technique, or Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and other modalities
- Collaborate with Chiropractors and other practitioners to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using clinic software
- Educate patients on self-care, home exercise, and injury prevention strategies
- Uphold a professional, welcoming environment for all patients
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Completion of a recognized RMT diploma program (2,200-hour minimum)
- Valid liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a Chiropractic or multi-disciplinary clinic is an asset
- Proficiency with clinic management software like Jane is an asset
