Job summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated line cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Job duties:
· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
· Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
· Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently
· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Qualifications:
· Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Team player with good communication skills
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Working conditions:
This position involves physical activity including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and working with cleaning materials. The role may involve exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and varying environmental conditions.
