Your role
As a Project Manager – Supply Chain & Performance, you will act as a bridge between operational, financial, and commercial teams to optimize processes, improve profitability, and ensure the effective execution of business priorities. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through solid analysis.

What you will accomplish daily
Operational Performance Management
-
Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
-
Implement and maintain performance dashboards (costs, service, efficiency, losses).

Support teams in achieving their operational objectives.

Contribute to strategic initiatives (launches, changes, transformation).

Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to leadership.

Prepare executive presentations (performance, risks, opportunities).
Financial Management & Cost Optimization

Oversee and analyze operational costs (raw materials, losses, production).

Lead budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the Finance team.

Identify and deploy cost‑reduction and margin‑improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

Identify end‑to‑end process optimization opportunities.

Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, standardization, simplification).
-
Deploy tools and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
What you need to join our team

University degree in a field related to operations or operational improvement
-
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Experience in operations, specifically in a manufacturing environment

Experience in CPG or the food industry (an asset)

Proficiency with various IT systems, including SAP
-
Bilingualism (internal interactions in both English and French)
