Open 24/7, 365 days a year, we strive to create a warm and caring space for every guest, whether it’s morning, midnight, or any time in between.
[Shift & Hours]
- Shift: Overnight between 0am to 7am, 7hours
- Must be available for overnight shifts during the workweek
- Shift example: Sunday night- Monday morning, Tuesday night- Wednesday morning
- Part-time/ Full-time
- Minimum 3 shifts required per week
- Open availability is preferred
[Key Responsibilities]
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform detailed deep-cleaning, including scrubbing, polishing, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in washrooms, on high surfaces, and throughout fixtures and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently deliver high-quality results while adhering to safety and health protocols.
- Proactive Maintenance: Identify areas needing extra attention and take initiative to ensure spaces are not just clean, but well-maintained.
- Team collaborations and relations: Report any cleanliness, sanitation, or maintenance issues to the shift leader or manager. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring clear communication and a respectful presence in our team.
[What We Are Looking For]
- Reliable and punctual, consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrating dependability.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to take responsibility and complete tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work independently, identifying areas that require cleaning or attention around the store.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings is required.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain a consistently clean and safe environment.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are required to travel between job sites efficiently.
- Advanced knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and chemical safety protocols.
[Compensation & Benefits]
- Wage: Starting at $35 per hour
- Growth: 4-month probation period, followed by performance reviews every 3 months with potential for wage increases.
