Position Overview
Miss Bean Cafe is looking for a reliable and hands-on Cafe Supervisor to help oversee daily cafe operations and support our team in delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, and able to lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cafe operations and support team members during shifts
- Help maintain excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with staff training, shift coordination, and daily task delegation
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
- Support cash handling and daily opening/closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, cafe, restaurant, or retail environments required
- Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
- Hours may vary based on operational needs
Pay: From $19.20 per hour
