The Schooner is seeking an experienced line chef who can thrive in a fast paced, high volume fine dining environment

Responsibilities and Duties
Work with the Executive Chef on day to day operations.
Able to work 40+/hrs week
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in fine dining, fast paced, Seafood and Steakhouse style environment is crucial.
Calm under pressure.
Must have Canadian Work Visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
