Job Summary
Avonlea Care Centre Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager(LPN) to join our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) home. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality resident care, and support staff in a compassionate home environment. This leadership role requires a licensed practical nurse with strong supervisory skills, and medication management. The Assistant Manager (LPN) will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for our residents while ensuring compliance with health care regulations, and Avonlea Policy & Procedures.
Duties
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality resident care.
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status in accordance with regulations.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide leadership in staff training, performance feed back, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and enhance quality of life
- Support emergency response procedures and handle complex clinical situations with professionalism and compassion.
Pay: $36.00-$38.00 per hour
