JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Child Care Provider will include but are not limited to:
· Cleaning the children’s living spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms and playrooms
· Preparing meals for the children according to their specific needs and taste
· Perform housework related to childcare, including washing the children’s clothes, cleaning up after meals, and etc.
· Taking children to all their scheduled activities and appointments, including school, various classes and play dates
· Providing an overall environment that enables the children to safely learn and play
· Helping children with homework
· Disciplining the children, when necessary
· May include additional household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, and laundry
· Supervising baths for older children
· Dressing children appropriate to the child's activities
· Washing and ironing children's clothes
· Supervising children's meals
· Shopping for children's requirements
· Scheduling and coordinating children's activities
· Undertaking appropriate creative activities with the children
· Undertaking appropriate educational activities with the children
· Undertaking appropriate outdoor activities with the children
· Planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times
· Reading to and with the children
· Helping with homework
· Reinforcing appropriate discipline for the children
· Implementing daily routines

QUALIFICATION
· High school graduate
· Non-smoking
· Medical exam, criminal record check, reference required
· Driving license required
· Related work experience, First aid and CPR certification would be assets
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
