Front Desk & Sales Support
Part-Time | Port Moody, BC | In-Studio
Londie is a reformer Pilates and wellness studio opening in Port Moody, created from a quiet knowing that movement could be more than exercise. We offer reformer Pilates alongside restorative therapies, including infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy, and compression therapy. Londie exists to bring movement and recovery together as one seamless and essential experience. Everything we’re creating is designed to help people feel clear, capable, and at home in their body. And that experience begins long before anyone steps onto a reformer.
It begins at the front desk.
We are looking for a Front Desk & Sales Support team member who understands that creating an exceptional experience is not just about being welcoming, but consistently delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented service while taking ownership of the client journey from start to finish.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Londie Front of House team, you are the first and last point of contact for every person who walks through our doors. You set the tone for the entire experience.
This role is rooted in warm, attentive client care. But it also carries real responsibility for membership sales and studio growth. The first 6-8 weeks will be strongly focused on presale membership sales. You are confident in guiding clients toward decisions that are right for them, including clear and comfortable conversations about memberships and pricing.
This role is best suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of:
- Client Experience: warmth, presence, and genuine connection
- Sales: confidence, clarity, and follow-through
- Operations: organization, consistency, and attention to detail
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

- Every interaction feels warm, intentional, and consistent
- Clients are greeted promptly, by name, and feel welcomed
- The front desk runs smoothly, efficiently, and without confusion

- The studio environment is clean, organized, and aligned with Londie standards
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Guide prospective clients through membership options with confidence, contributing to membership conversion and retention goals
- Have clear, comfortable conversations about pricing and value
- Follow up with new and lapsed clients to nurture their connection to the studio
- Communicate offerings with clarity and authenticity
Welcome & Connect
- Greet every client warmly and by name whenever possible
- Check clients into classes, process payments, and manage bookings through Arketa
- Give studio tours and introduce new clients to the Londie experience
- Answer questions about classes, therapies, memberships, and studio policies clearly and kindly
- Create an arrival and departure experience that feels calm and personal
Studio Support
- Maintain the front of house area to Londie's presentation standards throughout your shift
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Manage retail display, stock, and sales
- Support the wider team with day-to-day studio needs as they arise
YOU MIGHT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF...
- You make people feel seen before they even say a word
- You are comfortable and confident talking about value, memberships, and sales without it ever feeling pushy
- You are a natural connector who genuinely enjoys meeting and caring for people
- You are organized, reliable, and take quiet pride in a well-run shift
- You communicate warmly and clearly, whether with a first-time visitor or a long-time member
- You thrive in an environment where no two mornings are exactly the same
- You are drawn to wellness, movement, and spaces that are designed with intention
- You take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- You are available for a mix of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
LOVELY TO HAVE, NOT ESSENTIAL
- Experience in a boutique fitness, wellness, spa, or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with Arketa or similar studio management software
- A background in or curiosity about Pilates, recovery therapies, or wellness
- Experience in a client-facing sales or membership role
- A love of community and what it feels like to be part of one
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive hourly rate, reflective of your experience
- Flexible hours. We are open to part-time and full-time arrangements, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
