Position Summary:
The Branch Administrator position is important to the day-to-day operations of the Branch and its role in the company. The branch administrator is a team member that provides administrative support for the branch and the Branch Manager. As the administrator, you will also be responsible for processing vendor invoices and issuing payments, daily banking as well as answering phone calls and greeting and assisting customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic office procedures and operate office equipment efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for client information and data.
- Assist in drafting and formatting written communications, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Support the team in completing and filing applications, merchant forms, and other documentation as required.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and other stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist when needed with both counter customers and phone customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Update Contractor/Builder Pricing as Market price changes.
- Maintain customer files
- Modify orders, produce and provide invoicing to customers
- Posting and applying payments and running aging reports
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to, appropriate attire, grooming and attendance.
- Lift, slide, carry and lower items that weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
- Follow instructions, maintain timelines and execute effective time management
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned by the manager ensuring branch and company success
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum level of experience:
- 1 year of Customer Service
- 2+ years of administrative experience or related field.
Education:
- Minimum level of education:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with customers and collaborating within teams.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and dedication.
- Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently.
