Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering professional recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas according to health regulations
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and treatments to clients
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills and personalized service
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery
