Painter's Helper / Entry-Level Painter — $20–$26/hr | Summer Season | Vancouver & North Shore

Aaron's Painting Co. is a premium residential painting company serving Vancouver and the North Shore. This summer we're bringing on a small number of entry-level painters and helpers to work alongside our experienced crew on residential projects.
No experience required, although some experience in trades/physical labour an asset. Work ethic is non-negotiable.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
You'll be outdoors most days on residential properties across Vancouver and the North Shore. Prep work, masking, moving and staging equipment, cleaning up, and progressively taking on more painting responsibility as you earn it. It's physical, it moves fast, and the quality bar is real.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $20–$26/hr based on attitude, reliability, and how quickly you develop
- Performance bonuses tied to quality and client reviews
- Opportunity to increase your rate as the season progresses
WHAT WE NEED
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence — you get yourself to site
- Physically capable of working on your feet outdoors all day
- Comfortable working at height on ladders
- No painting experience required — but you need to be coachable and show up ready to work
- Summer availability — this is a seasonal position, start date immediate
