The Opportunity
This is an ideal position for a recent college or university graduate who is looking for a long-term career opportunity within a growing luxury design business.
You will work directly with our sales and design team, helping maintain our beautiful showroom, supporting client presentations, assisting with deliveries and installations, and ensuring every customer experience reflects the high standards of W Studio.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, logistics, showroom operations, and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain a pristine showroom environment at all times
- Move, organize, and display rugs and carpet samples
- Assist with home trials, deliveries, installations, and client appointments
- Load and unload rugs and carpet samples
- Support sales and design presentations
- Prepare samples for shipping and client review
- Maintain inventory and showroom organization
- Drive company vehicles when required
- Assist with special events, designer presentations, and showroom functions
- Represent the W Studio brand professionally both in the showroom and at client homes
Qualifications
Required
- College or university graduate
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy rugs and carpet samples
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a luxury design environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
