Raise is currently hiring a Senior Data Management & Process Coordinator on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Senior Data Management & Process Coordinator with over 10 years of experience will manage advanced data entry, process optimization, and reporting workflows. This role bridges high-volume, precision data administration with modern digital solutions. You will leverage tools like MS Forms and Power Apps alongside traditional databases to streamline data intake, generate actionable reports, and support project management initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing guidance to junior team members while handling sensitive, confidential corporate information.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Processing & Accuracy: Perform complex alphanumeric data entry across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness through rigorous visual inspection and proofing.

Process Automation & App Development: Utilize MS Forms and Power Apps to design, build, and maintain simple automated workflows, data capture forms, and digital intake tools.

Database & Report Generation: Query databases (including MS Access) to compile, analyze, and generate scheduled and ad-hoc data reports for departmental decision-making.

Process Standardization (SOPs): Document operational workflows and create clear, simple Standard Operating Procedures for ongoing and new data entry tasks.

Project & Workflow Management: Independently prioritize, organize, and schedule workload demands to support broader project management objectives and deadlines within the department.

Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards when managing sensitive internal and operational data.

Team Guidance & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, offering onboarding support, peer training, and operational guidance to staff once established in the role.

Basic Operational Adjustments: Make simple mechanical and system feature adjustments (e.g., switching control configurations, set switching) to maintain data tool performance.
Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume data entry, data management, or administrative project coordination.

Proficiency in MS Forms and Power Apps is required. Experience with MS Access is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with exceptional speed and accuracy.

Hands-on experience operating a 10-key adding machine for numeric entry and audit balancing.

Strong practical mathematical skills and proven item-processing capabilities.

Working knowledge or prior experience within project management frameworks to align daily output with project milestones.

Education and Certifications
High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary education (degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field) preferred.
