Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑Month Contract)
eleven‑x is a leading provider of smart parking and urban mobility solutions, helping cities and organizations make better infrastructure decisions through data. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high volume of hiring across technical and business roles.

What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from Sales to Operations to Finance - from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines, particularly for sales and operations roles
- Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Manage interview coordination and hiring workflows
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics
- Support fair, compliant hiring practices aligned with Ontario employment and human rights standards
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a scaling or technology-focused environment
- Ability to manage a high volume of roles and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Experience recruiting for technical roles is a strong asset
- Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices
