As Sales Manager, you’ll be a coach, motivator, and closer. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest finds the right vehicle for their lifestyle — whether it’s a Ram truck built for work, a Jeep ready for adventure, or a Dodge built for performance.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll model positivity, step in to close deals with energy, and create a culture of success built on customer satisfaction and team achievement.
We’re looking for a leader who:
Has proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving results
Excels at coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues, always prioritizing the customer experience
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make confident decisions
Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
