Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of massage techniques, committed to client wellness, and provides a professional, relaxing experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
- Consult with clients to assess preferences, medical history, and treatment goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Educate clients on stretching, self-care, and wellness practices
- Uphold professional standards, ethics, and client confidentiality
- Manage session notes and follow scheduling procedures
Qualification
- Knowledge of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting
- Additional certifications or specialized techniques
