The Rehab Grid is currently hiring a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at our brand-new clinic location at 1865 Leslie Street in North York.
Due to high patient demand and strong referrals from our physiotherapy team, we are looking for an RMT who is excited to build a thriving practice within a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Our clinic serves a diverse client base including athletes, active professionals, students, and individuals seeking therapeutic massage therapy for pain relief, injury recovery, mobility improvement, and stress reduction.

Compensation
- Competitive percentage split compensation

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage therapy treatments to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical health
- Conduct client assessments to determine massage therapy needs and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Perform treatments including deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and other therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Document the type and duration of massage therapy sessions
- Stay up to date with the latest massage therapy techniques and equipment
- Follow all Ontario healthcare regulations and professional standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and client care
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with our team of physiotherapists and rehabilitation professionals to support patient recovery
Qualifications
- Active registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario
- Member in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association
- Proven experience as a massage therapist
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Ability to perform deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and therapeutic massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being
