Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best service possible.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations in the salon industry.
- A passion for hair styling and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
