Maternity Contract
This is an in-office, full-time, contract position covering an upcoming maternity leave (September 2026 - September 2027). The position is expected to overlap with our existing team member by approximately 8 weeks.

- Outstanding communication skills - both spoken and written
- Skilled with great questions, navigate a person's needs with ease, while making them feel heard and valued
- Discretion at all times, appreciates and respects the importance of confidential and trustworthy handling professional, personal and sensitive information
- Excellent typing skills and ability to document important information in a timely way
- Coachable, intuitive, client-focused, and results-oriented
You will stand out if you have:
- Past experience in client care including a background in verbal and written communications
- Experience in grasping ideas and concepts and turning them into actionable steps
- Bi-lingual skills in speaking and writing (FR / EN)
On the job you will:
- Answer incoming requests by phone and email
- Assess requests, take next actions as directed or connect clients with the appropriate team member for their needs (following an on-boarding and training period)
- Complete follow-up communication both internal and external
- Support on documentation preparation (estimates, quotations, proposals, and guidance documents as examples)
- Communicate with vendors as required
