- Bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant field;
- Experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in patents or intellectual property (an asset);
- Strong sense of autonomy and organization;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Adaptability;
- Ability to manage priorities.
