Golflinks Toronto Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Golf Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to maintain all course maintenance equipment and golf cart fleets across our network of courses. This is a hands-on, independent role based out of the GTA with occasional travel to other Golflinks locations.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all turf equipment (fairway, greens, rough, trim mowers, tractors, utility vehicles)
- Service and maintain golf cart fleets (electric and gas), including battery systems
- Perform engine, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
- Maintain a clean shop, track parts inventory, and communicate equipment status to the superintendents
- Travel to Golflinks course locations for equipment that cannot be transported
Requirements:
- 10+ years of golf course equipment maintenance experience — required
- Strong background in turf equipment and golf cart systems (electric & gas)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ontario driver's license with clean abstract
