We are seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A for a 2 year contract to provide financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support to senior leadership. This role partners across the business to deliver insights, improve reporting, and support key initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI reporting, and financial analysis.
- Develop financial models and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Support strategic projects through research, analysis, and executive presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and standardization.
- Lead Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to other strategic and financial initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years FP&A experience in finance, consulting, banking, or accounting; financial services experience is an asset.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; including, PowerPoint, Power Query or SQL
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
