About Us
We are an exciting, upscale indoor golf simulator and restaurant concept that combines premium dining, exceptional hospitality, and cutting-edge golf simulation technology. As we prepare to open our flagship Markham location at the end of August, followed by our Richmond Hill location in October, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Unit General Manager to lead both locations and help establish our brand as the premier indoor golf and dining destination in the GTA.

Position Summary
The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of multiple locations. This role will oversee all aspects of restaurant and golf operations, including staffing, guest experience, food and beverage operations, inventory management, membership growth, financial performance, and facility management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing upscale or fine dining restaurants, combined with a strong understanding of golf or indoor golf simulator operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
- Lead the successful opening and ongoing operations of the Markham and Richmond Hill locations.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop management teams and front- and back-of-house staff.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards across both locations.
- Oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Build strong relationships with members, regular guests, and corporate clients.
- Address guest feedback professionally and implement solutions to continually improve service.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Financial Management
- Manage overall financial performance, including revenue, labour costs, food and beverage costs, and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive business growth.
- Develop action plans to improve operational performance and achieve company objectives.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Maintain strong inventory controls for food, beverage, retail merchandise, and golf-related equipment.
- Implement purchasing procedures and monitor vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Ensure accurate ordering and inventory forecasting.
Membership & Business Development
- Oversee membership acquisition, retention, and engagement programs.
- Develop strategies to increase memberships, league participation, tournaments, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with ownership and marketing to promote special events, seasonal promotions, and community partnerships.
- Identify new revenue opportunities while enhancing member value.
Golf Simulator Operations
- Ensure golf simulator equipment is properly maintained and operating at peak performance.
- Train staff on simulator technology and reservation systems.
- Develop an exceptional golf experience for players of all skill levels.
- Stay current on golf industry trends and simulator technology.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, employment, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Maintain company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager or Multi-Unit General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue.
- Proven experience successfully opening new hospitality or restaurant locations is considered a strong asset.
- Strong background in inventory management, purchasing, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing or growing membership or loyalty programs.
- Solid knowledge of golf, golf operations, or indoor golf simulator technology is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams while developing future leaders.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient with POS systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a golf facility, golf entertainment venue, private club, or indoor golf simulator business.
- BOH experience is preferred for inventory and training purposes
- Experience overseeing multiple locations.
- Smart Serve Certification .
- Food Handler Certification.
