Alloy Mechanical Contracting is seeking a professional, motivated and safety-driven Plumbing Site Foreman to join our company. We are a small company with lots of opportunity for you to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead crews on commercial and/or residential projects
- Oversee installation of plumbing, gas and hydronic systems
- Coordinate schedules, materials and workflow to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards and company quality expectations
- Train, mentor and support Apprentices and Journeyman
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, gas codes and piping above and below grade
- Extensive knowledge on how to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to complete interference drawings
- Layout of systems based off of architectural and mechanical drawings
- Manage mechanical subtrades
Personal Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise crews
- Communicate effectively to upper management, general contractors and subtrades
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing and able to work overtime if needed
- Willing and able to work weekends if needed

Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Foreman: 5 years (required)
