Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our kitchen team for the spring and summer season, immediate start.
This is a part-time position with an expected schedule of 16–24 hours per week. Please note that staff accommodation is not provided for this role.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and has a strong attention to detail! The breakfast attendant will either work alone or with others in a team, to ensure that our guests enjoy a complimentary buffet style breakfast overlooking the ocean.
The Breakfast Attendant will report to the Breakfast Supervisor and Front Office & Kitchen Manager. Preference will be given to individuals willing to sign a 6 month contract.

What You’ll Do:
· Open the lounge and dining room each morning
· Brew coffee and bake pastries for guests
· Refill food and supplies at the buffet as needed
· Maintain proper sanitation of kitchen area and guest spaces throughout shift
· Clean and put away any dishes used while on shift
· Put away deliveries
· Fully clean the kitchen at the end of your shift
· Additional chores as required
About You:
· Experience working in a kitchen is an asset but not strictly required
· Food Safety Certification, or ability to receive certification prior to starting
· Customer service orientated and friendly
· Positive can-do attitude!
