Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant / General Helper to join our team. This role combines office administration duties with hands-on support in a warehouse and operations environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing both administrative and physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, organize, and file documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily operations
- Support inventory tracking and administrative reporting
- Receive, organize, and move materials as required
- Maintain clean and organized office and work areas
- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration (2 Years)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
