Landscaper - Residential & Commercial Properties

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaper to maintain multiple residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn Care: Mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-up
- Grounds Maintenance: General exterior maintenance for residential and commercial sites
- Parking & Walkways: Maintain parking lots, walkways, and outdoor common areas
- Debris Removal: Remove garbage and debris from exterior areas
- Plant Care: Plant, trim, and maintain shrubs, hedges, gardens, and flower beds
- Site Monitoring: Monitor property grounds and report maintenance issues when identified
- Inventory: Track landscaping supplies and equipment needs
- Safety: Ensure all exterior areas remain safe, clean, and presentable for tenants and visitors
Requirements
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment: mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean properties
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in all weather
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required
