Location: Etobicoke (Head Office)
SHIFTS: (2130-0800 HRS.)
AVAILABILITY: Saturday and Sunday (9:30 pm - 8:00 am)
PAY: $19.00
Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas to protect client property, life and safety
- Attend call outs, request for assistance, alarms, and escorts as needed
- Enforce regulations of an establishment to maintain order and resolve conflicts
- Ensure that establishment safety and emergency procedures are followed, and respond to alarms and other emergencies
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and write corresponding reports
- Investigate suspicious activity, safety and fire hazards, and other security-related situations, and writing reports
- Assist Static Security Guards with incidents, supervision, and training
Requirements:
- Must be able to meet vehicle insurance requirements, Full G license
- Provide current driver abstract - with no demerit points
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and patrol enforcement procedures
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated safe operation of a motor vehicle in all weather conditions
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques, High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Professional/mature demeanor in stressful situations
- Confident, consistent decisive personality
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
- Possess a valid driver’s license G Class
- Must possess a current Standard First Aid, Level C & AED
- Ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks
