- Tag and organize customer orders
- Follow Quality Care Cleaners garments cleaning and inspection process
- Bag garments and ensure quality cleaning and pressing has been done beforehand
- Service customers, both when receiving and returning clothes
- Work in fast paced environment, ensuring multiple tasks are done to customers satisfaction
- Hand fold clothes when necessary
- 5 years of customers service experience
- Previous experience in Dry Cleaners is an asset
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to use hand-held steam irons
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Must be resident of Canada
