Counter Attendant
Shifts:
-Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am 4:30pm
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
