About the Role:
We are a general contracting firm and our residential division is seeking an experienced Cabinet Refinishing Sub-Contractor for immediate, ongoing project work. We currently have kitchen projects ready to start ASAP, with more in the pipeline for the right partner.
This is a piece-work sub-contract position. You will handle off-site door/drawer spraying and on-site frame/box painting.
Requirements:
Dedicated Spray Booth Facility: Must have access to an off-site shop/spray booth for spraying and properly curing cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
On-Site Refinishing Gear: Fully equipped with professional HVLP/airless spray equipment, dust extraction, and masking setups for on-site box/frame refinishing.
Proven Experience: Expert-level knowledge of wood prep, filling, priming, and applying fine-finish coatings (e.g., 2K polyurethane, lacquers, high-end cabinet paints).
Reliable & Immediate Availability: Ready to take on a kitchen job starting immediately.
Professional Setup: Must have own vehicle, valid business insurance, and necessary tools.
