Countryside Manufactured Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Kamloops. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys helping clients find the right housing solution while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
The successful candidate will guide customers through the purchase of manufactured and modular homes, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of Countryside Manufactured Homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting manufactured homes that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, home tours, and consultations
- Respond promptly to inquiries from walk-in, phone, email, and online leads
- Prepare quotations, purchase agreements, and related sales documentation
- Coordinate with lenders, contractors, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home models, features, pricing, financing options, and industry trends
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales and delivery process
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management systems
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred. Knowledge in Manufactured and Modular Homes a strong asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of financing and housing regulations is considered an asset
