We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing Medlink Medical Center team.
Job Description:
- Assist patients with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Process prescriptions and perform pharmacy data entry
- Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization
- Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
- Help create a welcoming environment for patients
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with patients
- Motivated to help grow the business through outstanding patient care
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to commit long-term and grow with the organization
- Previous independent pharmacy experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Fillware is an asset
