Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment following safety protocols
- Utilize knowledge of farm machinery and other equipment to assist in the setup or maintenance of treatment areas when necessary
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing pest management
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up actions for each service visit
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery efficiently to execute pest control procedures effectively
- Collaborate with team members to develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery enhances your ability to perform varied tasks confidently
- Experience working with or understanding the use of various pest control products and techniques is beneficial
- Ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously when handling chemicals and operating equipment
