Sales & Catering Representative — Pi Co. Pizza Bar (Richmond Hill & Newmarket)

Pi Co. Pizza Bar is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, outgoing salesperson to help us bring more customers through the door and land new catering clients across the GTA.

What you’ll do:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of local catering clients (offices, businesses, events)
- Cold call and follow up with prospects
- Visit local businesses in person to introduce our catering menu and close deals
- Drop off catering brochures along with sample packages from our store — fresh pizza, wings, and more — so prospects can taste exactly what they’d be ordering
- Help drive more foot traffic into both locations through local and dig marketing
- Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat orders
What we’re looking for:
- Strong in-person and phone sales skills — you’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated and organized; you don’t need someone standing over your shoulder
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing is a plus (but hustle and personality matter more)
- Reliable transportation to visit businesses across the GTA
- A genuine, likeable presence — people should want to do business with you
Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission-based role — no base salary
- Uncapped commission: the more clients and orders you bring in, the more you earn
- Ideal for a confident closer who’d rather be paid for results than punch a clock
